You must be at least 18 years old to access this site. If you are under 18 years old you are not permitted to use this site for any reason.
Pre-orders will be charged at the time of purchase.
What is your current processing time?
We currently offer domestic shipping (USA) via USPS using first class and priority shipping, depending on the purchase. Due to Covid-19, processing time is expected to be longer so please allow 5-7 business days. We are taking all precautionary measures to ensure all safety and cleanliness regulations are being met as we strive to offer you a comfortable and confident shopping experience.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Definitely! When an order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please Contact Us to confirm the order.
What is your return policy?
We're sorry you didn't love your Bee Kynd product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 10 days.
To start a return, you can Contact Us with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we'll respond within 24 hours with instructions on completing your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged or is not correct?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a second email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If the carrier is unable to deliver, please contact the carrier to arrange pick up or delivery. If you believe your package to be stolen, please file a claim with the carrier.
If Shipping shows that your package has been delivered to the address that was provided to us, we are no longer responsible for the package. In this case, you would need to contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
