What's your return policy?
We're sorry you didn't love your Bee Kynd product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 10 calendar days from the date you received it to request a refund or to make an exchange for a different product. Please note, you must contact us within 10 days to exercise this option.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@justbeekynd.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bee Kynd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You should receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds on packages that are marked DELIVERED
If Packing shows that your package has been delivered to the address that was provided to us, we are no longer responsible for what happens after. Instead, you would need to contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
